In 2008-2012 he was a member of the Dissertation Council of Pacific National University (Khabarovsk). More than 10 years he worked as a professor at the Advertising and Public Relations Chair of Pedagogical Institute Pacific National University (Khabarovsk). He has more than 20 years of government experience. He held the positions from the chairman of the Committee for Matters Concerning Young Persons at Khabarovsk Krai Administration to the Deputy Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation President in the Russian Far East Federal District.
