She is an expert in technology of meat, dairy and fish products, biotechnology of foodstuff. She is an author of 320 scientific publications in these directions: articles, theses and conference proceedings. Among them 15 articles are in the journals indexed by Scopus and Web of Science. She is an author or co-author of 4 monographs, 26 textbooks and manuals, 6 patents. 25 Ph.D. theses were successfully defended under her leading. At present she guides research study of post-graduates. Many years she was a member of the Dissertation Council in Pacific National University. Now she is a member of one of the Dissertation Councils in Far Eastern Federal University. She has an editorial experience (editing of 2 monographs and 2 collections of research papers). She took part in the organization and work of 2 international conferences. She actively cooperates with foreign colleagues and research teams of Harbin Commercial University (PRC), Nikhon University (Japan), Hokkaido University (Japan), Jagiellonian University (Poland), the University of Bologna (Italy), Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra (Portugal). She is registered in the Federal Register of Experts in Research and Technology. She is an expert in education, a full academician of MANEB RAMTN (International Academy of Ecology Man and Nature Protection Sciences, Academy of Medical and Technical Sciences of the Russian Federation), a member of ASEKI-Food Association
