He is an expert in device development and application, control methods of the environment, substances, materials and products. He is an author of more than 160 works including 1 monograph, 4 collective monographs, 1 text book and 5 papers in the international publications indexed by Scopus and Web of Science. During research activity together with post-graduates he took out more than 40 patents. 1 Ph.D. thesis was successfully defended under his leading. Не guides research study of  post-graduates. Since 2010 he has been a member of the Dissertation Council on doctoral thesis and Ph.D. thesis presentation in KamchatSTU. He has a broad editorial experience. He works actively to involve students to innovative activity of the University.
